how can I say y= |x| is differentiable or not , in the interval [-1,1]??

    even it is not continuos at t=0; so not diffentiable. see the graph of |X|. for more info study graph theory arihant.

        PROGRAMMES ON INHERITANCE:

        question1

        Take a class ‘student’ having datamember name,rollno.then derive a class ‘exam’ having marks in 3 subjects.
        Then derive a class ‘result’ from ‘exam’and take a new class ‘sports’.sports class assigns a grade if a student has some sports activity
        .so the final result is a combination of subject marks and sports grade.define suitable conversion table(like sports grade ‘O’
        means +20,grade’A’means +10 etc)and display the the result of some student after necessary input.use suitable parametrized constructors.

          it has a sharp corner at 0 like this ” / ” that’s why at that point you can’t find a tangent so it’s not differentiable at that point and so in the range [-1,1]
